The AVL-10 Rope Grab, which is one of the components of the <b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"167\">ARGA SAFETY<\/b> brand <b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"185\">AVL-35 Vertical Lifeline<\/b>, features a specially designed shock absorbing system. This shock absorbing system ensures that the load that may occur as a result of a possible fall during the use of the <b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"326\">vertical lifeline<\/b> remains below <b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"406\">6 kN<\/b>, preventing the worker&#8217;s body from being harmed. This system utilizes a 7&#215;19 construction, 8 mm thick Grade 316 stainless steel wire rope.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">AVL-35A Series:<\/b> All components are manufactured by hot-dip galvanization. This system utilizes a 6&#215;19 construction, 8 mm thick galvanized steel wire rope.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\">All our AVL-35 series <b data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"18\">vertical lifeline<\/b> solutions are tested and certified according to the <b data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"95\">EN 353-1: 2021+A1:2017<\/b> standard for simultaneous use by up to 2 people. Their application areas are generally access ladders in indoor and outdoor areas of factories. In addition, energy pylons, GSM base stations, television antennas, lightning rod poles, and wind turbines are fields where vertical lifelines are intensively used.<\/p>\n<hr data-path-to-node=\"9\" \/>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"10\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Vertical Lifeline Installation and Field Analysis<\/b><\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11\">Before a <b data-path-to-node=\"11\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">vertical lifeline<\/b> installation is carried out, a detailed field analysis must be performed by a working at height expert. During this analysis, it must be ensured that the load-bearing capacity of the ladder structure to be worked on meets the requirements of the standards. For ergonomic use and safety, it is an appropriate technical criterion that the inner width of the ladder is not below 70 cm.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12\">The installation of our <b data-path-to-node=\"12\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">ARGA SAFETY<\/b> brand vertical lifelines is carried out professionally by our own expert team or by expert installation companies that we have authorized through training.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12\">\n<hr data-path-to-node=\"13\" \/>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"14\"><b data-path-to-node=\"14\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Vertical Lifeline Periodic Inspection and Legal Obligations<\/b><\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"15\">The vast majority of working at height equipment must be tested and certified by notified bodies in accordance with relevant EN standards and must bear the CE mark. In this report, details such as the serial number of the product, year of manufacture, and inspection points are specified, as well as a clear indication of whether it is suitable for use.
