Thanks to its dynamic elastic internal webbing structure, it automatically contracts and retracts when not under tension, preventing it from tangling around the user&#8217;s feet, sagging, and snagging on surrounding obstacles; providing continuous freedom of movement and working comfort in the field.<\/p>\n<p>The shock absorber pack of the product is manufactured with high-strength, 20 mm wide Dyneema\u00ae (UHMWPE) tear-webbing technology. Thanks to this advanced technology, it is much more compact, lightweight, and lower profile compared to conventional bulky shock absorbers. In the event of a possible fall, it tears open progressively and in a controlled manner to absorb the impact force, reducing the load acting on the user&#8217;s body below the 6 kN limit. High-strength bonded-type contrasting stitching threads ensure periodic inspection and visual check processes are extremely fast and reliable. The labeling system housed inside a transparent protective sheath ensures that the serial number, year of manufacture, and periodic inspection data remain protected without fading, even in harsh field conditions.<\/p>\n<p>In the Flextra 140 D I 110\/2 model, an aluminum oval carabiner with 3-action automatic locking (OKA-18 T) is used on the shock absorber side, and a giant double-action lightweight aluminum scaffold hook with a 110 mm gate opening (DSA-110) is featured at the end of the lanyard leg to enable connection to thick structural elements where standard hooks cannot fit. Thanks to its all-aluminum connector combination, it keeps the total weight at 1.300 kg, offering lightness and corrosion resistance.
