Permanent Horizontal Lifeline – ARON (8 People) is a high-strength safety system designed to ensure the safe movement of personnel in all types of industrial areas and roofs requiring work at height. Offering a wide range of applications from roof gutter and skylight cleaning to solar panel installation, overhead cranes to over-vehicle maintenance tasks, the system stands out with its elegant appearance and polished stainless steel structure that is fully resistant to corrosion. This system, to which up to 8 users can safely connect at the same time, provides maximum work efficiency thanks to the special A5 Shuttle (Glider) that offers uninterrupted movement capability.
Technical Specifications
- User Capacity: Up to 8 users can safely work on the horizontal lifeline at the same time.
- Material Structure: All components are manufactured from weldless stainless steel and polished to increase corrosion resistance.
- Ease of Installation: The system is standardly installed with bolts and nuts; optionally, it is also suitable for welded installation.
- Shock Absorber System: The shock absorber, manufactured from steel material, is not affected by sunlight and ambient temperature; it dissipates energy in the event of a fall, reducing the load acting on the structure.
- Tension Control: Thanks to the integrated indicator system, the ideal tension of the line can be visually checked at any moment.
- A5 Uninterrupted Shuttle: Thanks to its sealed bearing and roller structure, it travels along the line without snagging; it can be easily attached and detached from any point of the line.
- Warranty: Provided that regular annual periodic inspections are carried out, it is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

Manufactured from stainless steel material and the surface is polished. It is the specially designed first anchor used at the beginning of the line.
Arrow 60 Tensioner And Indicator
Manufactured from stainless steel material and the surface is polished. The indicator on the system provides information about the changes on the line caused by a possible fall or temperature differences.
Station 50 Termination
Manufactured from stainless steel material and the surface is polished. It is used at both ends of the line to terminate the lifeline.
Snake 10 Shock Absorber
Manufactured from stainless steel material and the surface is polished. It absorbs the energy generated during a fall on the lifeline; used at both ends of the line.
Bridge 30 Intermediate Bracket
Used on lines longer than 30 meters; it features a special design that allows the user to move forward and work safely without detaching from the line.
Edge 90 Corner Turning Bracket
Used at corner turns; it features a special design that allows the user to move forward and work safely without detaching from the line.
Castle 20 Main Bracket
Manufactured from stainless steel material and the surface is polished. It is the specially designed end anchor used at the end of the line.
A5 Glider/runner
Thanks to its specially designed roller bearings, it provides comfort to the user on all floor, wall, and overhead lines. It allows easy entry and exit from any point of the line.
